By purchasing any product or service from Profit Digital, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. How to Purchase

To purchase any product, select your desired course or digital product, proceed to checkout, and complete the payment using the available payment methods. Upon successful payment, access will be granted automatically or manually depending on the product type.

2. Access to Digital Products

After successful payment, customers will receive access to:

• Online courses via dashboard access
• Downloadable resources and templates
• Premium plugins and digital tools
• Software licenses (if applicable)

Customers must provide accurate email and account details during purchase.

3. License & Usage Rights

All products sold by Profit Digital are provided under a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license. Customers are not permitted to:

All purchases are subject to our official Return & Refund Policy. Customers are advised to review that policy before making a purchase.

6. Service-Based Work

For marketing services such as Ads Setup, Funnel Setup, Automation Setup, or consulting services, once work has commenced, cancellation or refund will not be permitted.

7. Governing Law

These Purchase & Sale Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from the use of Profit Digital products or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangladesh.

8. Termination of Access

Profit Digital reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to any customer who violates these terms, engages in misuse, or attempts unauthorized distribution.
