Profit Digital sells premium plugins, software licenses, and digital tools. These products become accessible immediately after delivery.
3. Video Editing Resources & Templates
This includes LUTs, presets, motion graphics files, project files, templates, design assets, and other downloadable resources.
4. Combo Packages & Discounted Offers
Products purchased under promotional pricing, combo bundles, lifetime access offers, or special discounts are non-refundable.
5. Duplicate Payment Policy
If a customer accidentally makes duplicate payments for the same product, they must notify us within 3 days with valid payment proof. After verification, excess payment may be refunded.
6. Technical Issues
If payment is successfully completed but access is not received, customers must contact our support team within 24 hours. We will resolve the issue and ensure proper access is granted.
7. Service-Based Work (Marketing & Setup Services)
For service-based work such as Ads Setup, Funnel Setup, Automation Setup, or consulting services, once the work has commenced, no refund will be issued.
8. Policy Modifications
Profit Digital reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be published on this website.

ভিডিও এডিটিং রিসোর্স, LUTs, Presets, Templates, Motion Graphics Files, Project Files ইত্যাদি একবার ডাউনলোড বা অ্যাক্সেস প্রদান করা হলে তা ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।

ডিসকাউন্টেড বা অফার ভিত্তিক প্যাকেজ (Combo Pack, Bundle Offer, Lifetime Access ইত্যাদি) এর ক্ষেত্রে কোনো রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়।

একই প্রোডাক্টে ভুলবশত একাধিকবার পেমেন্ট হলে ৩ দিনের মধ্যে প্রমাণসহ আমাদের জানাতে হবে। যাচাই সাপেক্ষে অতিরিক্ত পেমেন্ট ফেরত দেওয়া হতে পারে।

পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন হলেও যদি অ্যাক্সেস বা ডাউনলোডে সমস্যা হয়, ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে আমাদের সাপোর্ট টিমে যোগাযোগ করুন। আমরা সমস্যা সমাধান করবো।
7️⃣ Service Based Work (Marketing / Setup Services)
যদি Profit Digital কোনো সার্ভিস (Ads Setup, Funnel Setup, Automation Setup ইত্যাদি) প্রদান করে এবং কাজ শুরু হয়ে যায়, তাহলে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়।
